Spyron-Utlia relations reffer to the relationship between the Serene Union of Spyron and the Republic of Utlia.
History
Emperor Spyron, Lidoka Rondan and the Commissar of Halma visited Utlia on 18-4 9 PC. During the visit they met with President of Utlia, Yyme Braia and Lieutenant President Votan Lainya.
Clans of Spyron
The Joint-Clan Navy and the Republic of Utlia both joined the Kelelemi War Coalition on 14-4 10 PC to aid the Collective Kelelemi Republic against the Sorewa Liberation Uprising in the Kelelemi Civil War.
