Utlian people are people who are of Utlian descent, the majority of which live on the island of the same name.
History
Utlian people are genetically a combination of the Frish people of south Utlia and the Eutans of the north, this mixture began after the unification of Utlia in 1102
Anatomy
Utlians have mostly standard anatomy with the exception of having 2 livers and the Light of Azzta.
