Background
The Kel-Elemi Civil War broke out on 7-4 10 PC. Soon after both the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) and the Akarian-Utlian Alliance sent forces to Kel-Elemi to support the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic (CKER) against the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU)m with the Akarian-Utlian Alliance establishing Neerakta Military Base on Keral Island.
The 1st Meeting of the Kel-Elemi War Coalition was organised by Akaria, the CNN, Utlia and the CKER to coordinate their actions aginst the SLU. The Clans of Spyron also attended the meeting as they were looking into fighting a war.
