Biography

Early life

Akrake Oken was born in Ilksken on 19-5 61 TT to Lakar Oken and Vakair Oken. Akrake was educated at the Nailar Memorial School. On 16-12 44 TT, shortly after graduating Akrake joined the Living Army.

Vakair Oken died on 5-1 1 TT. Three days later Akrake replaced him as the High Director of the Oken Army and resigned from the Living Army.

On 25-3, 1 PC Akrake's nephew, Living King Harakar Oken created the Akarian Navy and named Akrake the navy's High Director. Following this Akrake resigned from his position as High Director of the Oken Army.

Nieuyjar Civil War

During the Utlian Sailor Incident, Akrake Oken helped plan the Akaria-Utlia rescue mission. On 9-12, 2 PC the Akaria-Utlia alliance put Akrake in charge of supplying Niueyjar Loyalists with weaponry. These shipments continued until 8-3 4 PC, the day after the death of Vidar Astridson.

Kelelemi Civil War

On 28-3 10 PC, the ATFS Arakar of the Akarian Trade Fleet was destroyed by the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU), shortly after the Collective Kelelemi Republic was plunged into a state of chaos. Two days after the attack, Akrake attended a meeting hosted by Harakar in Oksken between Utlian and Akarian officials as to what to do about the SLU. Akrake suggested military intervention and was supported by all in attendance. After that Akrake set about planning the Akarian and Utlian intervention against the SLU.

On 10-4 10 PC Akrake, with the permission of President of the Collective Kelelemi Republic, Turen Weresame, established Neerakta Military Base on Kerala Island and made himself the base's high director. Four days later, Akrake hosted a meeting at his base that led to the establishment of the Kelelemi War Coalition. Akrake then got to work on capturing all of Kerala Island from the SLU.

On 17-4 10 PC, the 1st Drug Division –at Akrake's request– began delivering military supplies to Neerakta Military Base for use by the Kelelemi War Coalition.

The Confederated Nations of Niueyjar had been tasked with trying to liberate Koraliti Island from the SLU. Akrake was unsure of how well that was going as the leader of their forces, Seer-Admiral Geilir had refused to talk directly with Akrake and had not reported on the whereabouts of his forces. On 29-12 10 PC, Akrake had Wok Dakon establish Fort Dakon on Koraliti Island to track both Geilir's forces and the forces of the Halma Commissariat which were also present on the island. This new base was under Wok's management and reported to Akrake as High Director of Neerakta Military Base.

The Kelelemi Civil War ended on 14-1 14 PC, after which Akrake remained at the Neerakta Base.

Post-war Kelelemi

Akrake Oken left Kelelemi for the first time since arriving to celebrate String Day 15 PC in Akaria.

On 27-4 16 PC the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) passed legislation making it so that any vessel not registered with the Yotumic Divisionary Federation Defense Force (YDFDF) in their territorial waters would be shot on sight. On the same day Akrake ordered his forces not to enter the YDF's waters, implying that the Kingdom of Akaria recognised them. The Akarian Trade Fleet did the same three days later.

Akarian Civil War and associated crises

On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara, under the leadership of Artak Arkara released a document containing evidence that Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Kamakta Arkara and Vidar Astridson. A day later Arkara-affiliated protestors took to the streets of Ablesken demanding an explanation for the killing of Kamakta Arkara. At the same time the CNN Federal Court put their ongoing corruption investigation and trials on hold to allow the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CODCNN) to hold an emergency meeting relating to the report. Harakar ordered the Akarian Navy back to Akaria and ordered the full mobilisation of the Living Army. Shortly after making his order Harakar departed Ablsken for Fort Garikoph in secret and ordered his military leaders, including Akrake to meet him there.

Harakar, Akrake and the other Akarian military leaders met with the Utlian leadership on 8-6 18 PC to discuss the ongoing tension with the CNN. At the meeting it was agreed that the Eastern Bloc would move against the CNN until they attacked first.
