Artak's 12th Dictate was a living dictate issued on 2-10 23 PC that granted the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force the ability to sign treaties on behalf of the Living King.
Background
Artak Arkara was elected Living King on 11-1 20 PC. Upon coming to power the majority of posts in the Kingdom of Akaria were still filled with people appointed by Artak's predecessor and rival Harakar Oken. The High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force Targhon Skrake resigned on 1-2 20 PC replaced on 8-4 with Artak's cousin Cherkaz Arkara. Artak's 12th Dictate was issued on 2-10 23 PC to empower the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force.
