On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara released a document containing evidence that late Leader of the Oken and father of Living King, Harakar Oken, Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago. The document came to be known as the Artak Report after Leader of the Arkara, Artak Arkara.

Kamakta Arkara | 30-7 9 PC | Saeskar, Kingdom of Akaria | Kamakta Arkara was the Leader of the Arkara from 29-11 2 TT until his death. The Arkara under his leadership were a known rival of the Oken. In 3 PC had the Arkara rise up against Akaria over Harakar's 10th Dictate. He was found dead in the Saeskar River on 30-7 9 PC |
Vidar Astridson | 7-3 4 PC | Erak, Nation of Niueyjar | Vidar Astridson was the Calif of Clan Erak and Self Appointed Diplomat of the Nation of Niueyjar. During the Utlian Sailor Crisis the Kingdom of Akaria made enemies of Vidar Astridson leading to the Akarian-Utlian Alliance's intervention in the ongoing Niueyjara Civil War. Vidar was killed by an Akarian-made missile on 7-3 4 PC. Blame was placed on the Reformers who were believed to have been supplied the missile by Akaira. The Artak Report showed that it was an Akaria strike force that fired the missile. |
Tamik Bondeer | 22-4 7 PC | Oksken, Kingdom of Akaria | Tamik Bondeer was the Ossbosche of Okenate and had been a vocal opponent of the Oken since the election of Living King, Harakar Oken. He had died whilst most of the udenbosches of Okenate had been away from Oksken, allowing the pro-Harakar Havking Oken to replace him. |

The Royal Palace of Niueyjar denounced Akaria and urged the CODCNN to cut formal diplomatic relations with them.
Nongba
Vidar Astridson had been a personal friend of YDF Leader, Psaha Yol. Without the backing of congress Psaha Yol, released a statement condemning the "Akarian assassination of Vidar Astridson".
