The Caseic Federal Military is the military force of the Caseic Federation. It was established during the formation of the Federation, initially as a way of ensuring that the state militaries were united in their goals. One unique mechanism to promote unity was to require that each state's division of the Federal Military consists of citizen of other states.
History
After the Federation fully united the Caseic Archipelago in 49 TT, the Caseic Federal Military was downsized as a way of promoting peace. What remained of the Caseic Federal Military focused on theoretical tactics, weapon development, and technological attempts to see beyond the perpetual storm. With the development of the First Contact Protocol in 9 TT, the Caseic Federal Military expanded, preparing for the contingency of a possible hostile first contact.

Structure
The Caseic Federal Military consists of two branches: the Caseic Federal Army, which specialises in operations on land; and the Caseic Federal Navy, which specialises in operations on water.
Caseic Federation Customs Enforcement is operated by a component of the Federal Army.
