Homosexuality

Homosexuality is a virtue in which one is attracted to people of the same gender.

Legality

Akaria

Homosexuality is explicitly illegal throughout the Kingdom of Akaria. The Andu of the Andu Lands are big on lesbianism though.

Caseic Archipelago

Homosexuality is explicitly legal in the Caseic Federation, the Grand Nayela Union, the Eastern Gemnis States, Esiga, and Brenjia. Capa Framji and Prefichi have no legal recognition of the existence of homosexuality.

Deysachin

Deysachin has no concept of homosexuality or heterosexuality, and as such has no laws on the matter. Marriage is however always assumed to be between a man and a woman.

Faltir

Homosexuality is illegal in the Empire of Faltir.

Hapšâw

Homosexuality is not referenced in Hapšâw's laws, and homosexual individuals seldom face discrimination. Hapšâw'l people typically do not marry, with the exception of royals, in which case marriage would be counterproductive in securing an heir.

Kalam

Kalam does not reference homosexuality in its legal code. Homosexuality is commonly accepted across Kalam, in and outside of marriage.

La Rossa

In the period after La Denunzia, homosexuality was legalized by the proclamation of Ducissa Alessandra DeGaio in 19 PC. Discrimination based on sexual orientation was officially banned in 21 PC.

Spyron

Within the Serene Union of Spyron homosexuality has been decriminalised in the Farloe District, Momami City, the free clan of Cemho'ki, and the Roja Community.

Tietero

Sexual Orientation is one of the protected classes under the Equality Act of 27 PC.

T'vaqi

The legality of homosexuality in T'vaqi was formerly dependent on CC Score. Those scoring a 15 or below were allowed to engage in the practice. This law was repealed in 82 PC, legalizing homosexuality for all.

Utlia

In Utlia Homosexuality is not illegal but is also not explicitly legal.
