Biography
On 24-5 16 PC, the Akarian Scouting Force returned to the Kingdom of Akaria, having charted a great portion of the Eastern Ocean and having found many islands and an overabundance of whales. On 10-6 16 PC, Ishmaellyme Bryme departed for the Eastern Ocean. On 1-7 16 PC, Ishmaellyme and the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department established Whale-Ut to serve as a whaling outpost in the Eastern Ocean.
Ishmaellyme met with High Director of the East Oken Company, Ahabakar Oken on 25-5 18 PC to discuss plans to defend their Eastern Ocean holdings from the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN). Ahabakar had recently returned to the Eastern Ocean from a meeting with the Akarian and Utlian leadership regarding the ongoing tension between the Eastern Bloc and the CNN, at which the leadership of Akaria and Utlia agreed to wait for the CNN to attack before making a move themselves. Ahabakar convinced Ishmaellyme to combine the management of the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department and the East Oken Company's assets. He also convinced himn of the need for them to carry out a pre-emptive strike against the CNN's Amogusolia Island on the grounds that by the time news of their attack reach the Attu Archipelago the CNN would have already made their attack against the Eastern Bloc. Ahabakar led the attack on 28-5 and captured the island. The Head of the East Confederation Whaling Company Richard Mobyson of Clan Kustur, survived the attack and made contact with the CNN on 2-6 and reported that he had been forced to flee Amogusolia after an attack by a joint Akarian-Utilian force and that he believed the high command of the Eastern Bloc ordered the attack. In response, Council Head of the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CODCNN) Vidar Astridson ordered the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Fleets to join the 1st in patrolling the waters around the CNN while awaiting further orders. He also called an emergency session of the CODCNN with the publicly stated intention of "finally ridding the archipelago of those dragon forsaken fleas". The CODCNN declared war on the Eastern Bloc –which included both Akaria and Utlia– on 4-6.
