The Meeting on Ahabakar was a meeting between Richard Mobyson and Lightning Perat where the two set a claim for Akaria over Island 74. The two men decided a 60-40 ownership split between the ECWC and the Osslette of Essalia with the goal of building a shipyard to help them in the hunt for Ahabakar Oken.
