Background

In 20 PC Living King, Artak Arkara signed a treaty with the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) in which Akaria recognised the CNN's sovereignty over Faltir. Shortly after the Faltirans returned to island in what is now known as the Great Return.

Representatives from Akaria, Niueyjar and Nongba (With a combined Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure-Yotumic Divisionary Federation delegation) met on 15-5 21 PC on Dwarf Island to discus the current state of Faltir.

Meeting

At the meeting the combined Nongban delegation was unable to come to any sort of agreement with Akaria or the CNN and departed shortly before the meeting's end. After their departure Akaria and the CNN signed an agreement in which the CNN "granted" Akaria the right to unrestricted trade of "concepts and non-military goods" with the 3rd Empire of Faltir, the Glanes Confederation, Melor, the Naval Administration and Striltir and unrestricted trade of "concepts and goods" with the Mirest League. In exchange, the Kingdom of Akaria agreed to continue recognising Niueyjara sovereignty over Faltir and to do business with the prior mentioned Faltiran polities as though they were Niueyjara states.

Aftermath

News of the treaty between the CNN and Akaria sparked outrage across Faltir as it was interpreted as treading on Faltiran sovereignty. On 12-6 Several Faltiran faction leaders, who were previously openly hostile to one another, met behind closed doors in response to the treaty.
