  • With the turn of the year President Modaka officially steps down, passing the seat on to former governor of Ikanata Province, Agak Matsengo Kwari. In her acceptance speech she promises to continue social and government reforms and continue to commit attention to modernising the nation and improving the quality of for all Okritis. When asked what he was going to do now he is no longer in office, Modaka stated that he plans on continuing his work promoting cultural unity and inter-ethnic cooperation.
• 13-1 in a landmark case, the murder of a Mn'krapanti by a modhes is ruled as unjust, for despite Mn'krapanti being denied rights, the murder is ruled as having not been religiously motivated, and was instead a mere oppertunistic killing. The modhes was sentenced to 40 years imprisonment The case becomes heavily sensationalized by the media, for some see it as an encroachment of nonmodhes ideas into the legal system, and as setting a worrying precident about Mn'krapantis having rights.

• 7-2 Dux Moretti is re-elected as Dux with 73.2% of the vote. The impressive margins reflect a mostly loyal party whose fiercest radicals have perished under Barozzo's regime and a disorganized opposition which has not as of yet found a successor.

• 13-3 Rossan troops land on recently acquired island near Nongba, instructed to establish base and take any remaining Niueyjaran soldiers as prisoners of war.

Furthermore, preparations are made to lease these shopfronts out to the already withstanding family businesses.
• 7-6 Mir'aval Vyitui has another large portion of Modhes Millitaria leave Niueyjar, claiming that he sees small likelyhood of a revolt.

• 27-11 Puengtifekh Owdrvs, currently serving as Ayatollah of Veteran's affairs, proposes before the Ayatollan Synod a large bonus to retired soldiers according to their rank and confirmed kills. The money from this bonus is proposed to be acquired by "Gutting the inquisitions, as they're far too overpayed, given how successful they were in generations past." When pressed further, he specifically named Inquisitions that all happen to headed by members of the Vyitui family
• 3-12 Upon the next meeting of the Synod, it was found that other provisions, such as a .01% budget increase to nature reserve employee budgets, and a fifth round of antithuybnorization measures, took precedence, and whats more, there was apparently so much discussion required, mostly between the heads of various inquistions for some reason, that they didn't even get to Owdrvs's proposal.
