The Battle of Paradise Island was fought in 21 PC between the Sarkist State and the Perat.

Background

On 2-11 20 PC, Living King, Artak Arkara issued his 6th Dictate which granted Paradise Island, which at the time made up the Sarkist State, to the Perat. Ten days later Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat announced an opperation to secure the island and established the Perat Navy.

Battle

The battle began on 24-4 21 PC when the Perat Navy landed forces on Paradise Island. By the next day the Perat had captured most of the island save for the House of Order, which was captured the next day. Founder of Sarkism, Sarkay Obat was killed during the seige of the House of Order.

Aftermath

Trikot Perat was simultaneously appointed High Director of Paradise Island by Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat and Warden of Paradise Island by the Ossbosche of Essalia, Lightning Perat on 11-5 21 PC.

On 24-8 the Karinian Star reported that Trikot Perat began using captured Sarkists as slaves on Paradise Island to try and turn the island into a farming settlement.
