Koyok Arkara is the High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet.

Koyok Arkara was born in the city of Saeskar to Artak Arkara and Othal Ikane. On his second birthday Koyok was sent to Agrada to be raised by his great-uncle and Leader of the Arkara, Bantar Arkara. His great-uncle trained Koyok in the ways of reading and inscribing Arkara stones but not in how to read or write Akarian.

During the False War Koyok acted as a spy for Bantar, who was now the Living King.
