The Osslette of Dire is an Osslette of Utlia. Dire's seat is Tinlea-Ut.

Living King Artak Arkara issued his 9th Dictate on 2-2 23 PC establishing the osslettes of Azzun, Dire, Balmok and Monor and granting the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.

Dire is run by the Ossbosche of Dire, who is appointed by elected by the udenbosches of Dire and serves for life.
