Havking Oken (born Havking Bolor) is the Ossbosche of Okenate.

Biography
Early life
Havking Oken was born on 21-6 40 TT as Havking Bolor.
Havking was educated at the Doyak Brown and Green School from 31 TT until his graduation as a bosche in 21 TT. Shortly after he was hired by the Osslette of Okenate.
Havking married Malanine Oken on 27-8 18 TT, joining the Oken. After joining the Oken Havking developed a friendship with his brother-in-law and future Living King, Harakar Oken.
Election as the Ossbosche of Okenate
Havking Oken was elected Ossbosche of Okenate on 29-4 7 PC.
Sarkist mob
Havking was hospitalised on 10-8 16 PC, after being attacked by a Sarkist mob.
Expulsion of the Sarkists
Harakar's 15th Dictate was issued on 15-8 18 PC in response to the establishment of the Sarkist State in the Eastern Ocean. The dictate made it a violation of Living Law to claim to be a Sarkist or to hold Sarkist views. Havking had several dozen Sarkists arrested, including four members of the Sarkist Assembly arrested under this new dictate on 21-10. The next day a group of Sarkists stormed and took control of the Haratum Judgementhouse, where the arrested Sarkists were being tried. On 27-10, Havking attempted to regain control of the judgementhouse leading to a gunfight between the Sarkists and the Okenate authorities. Havking came to an agreement with the Sarkists on 3-11, in which they would leave the judgementhouse and Havking would have them shipped to the Sarkist State. This was criticised by many in Akaria, including members of the Oken and the Arkara. A total of 137 self-proclaimed Sarkists were sent to Paradise Island on 13-1 19 PC.
Dakar's Uprising
In 20 PC Kuzakar Oken was elected Leader of the Oken over Harakar's son Dakar Oken. On 1-1 22 PC, Dakar announced over radio that Kuzakar's election as the Leader of the Oken was illegitimate and announced the beginning of an "operation" to have the Oken Kadrike placed under his control. Moments later men loyal to Dakar carried out multiple attacks across the Oken Kadrike. During the attacks Havking was shot leading to his death the next day.
