Background
On 28-3 10 PC, the ATFS Arakar of the Akarian Trade Fleet was destroyed by the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU), shortly after the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic was plunged into a state of chaos. This was the SLU's first attack on a foreign target.
Meeting
Two days after the attack, Living King, Harakar Oken held a meeting for the Akarian-Utlian Alliance in Oksken to decide what was to be done about the SLU. It was decided to have the High Director of the Akarian Navy, Akrake Oken plan the Akarian and Utlian intervention against the SLU.
