He sucessfully negotiated a treaty with the [[Confederated Nations of Niueyjar]] (CNN) in which the CNN "granted" Akaria the right to unrestricted trade of "concepts and non-military goods" with the [[3rd Empire of Faltir]], the [[Glanes Confederation]], [[Melor]], the [[Naval Administration]] and [[Striltir]] and unrestricted trade of "concepts and goods" with the [[Mirest League]]. In exchange, the Kingdom of Akaria agreed to continue recognising [[Niueyjara]] sovereignty over Faltir and to do business with the prior mentioned [[Faltiran]] polities as though they were Niueyjara states. Biography
Early life
Koyok Arkara was born in the city of Saeskar to Artak Arkara and Othal Ikane. On his second birthday Koyok was sent to Agrada to be raised by his great-uncle and Leader of the Arkara, Bantar Arkara. His great-uncle trained Koyok in the ways of reading and inscribing Arkara stones but not in how to read or write Akarian.
Arkara Ambassador
Bantar, in his capacity as Leader of the Arkara, made Koyok an Arkara Ambassador on Koyok's twentieth birthday.
During the False War Koyok contined to acted as a spy for Bantar, who was now the Living King and did so until Bantar's assissination on 14-7 4 TT.
