Inter-governmental Radio System

The Inter-governmental Radio System (abbreviated IgRS or IGRS) is a radio system which allows governments to communicate with one another.

History

The IGRS was founded on 18-2 1 PC, one month after the Grand Calming. As the islands became aware of one another, and the existence of other governments, they decided to form a communication network.

Deysachin	4-9 22 PC	Deyg Arthur	Trumpeteer of God's Will	Though it is Deyg Arthur who speaks, all of what he says is as the direct quotation of Modhes Ywl, who sits behind him, dictating messages. This is supposedly because the voice of Modhes Ywl would destroy the radio, though it has been theorized the real reason for this arangement is that Arthur is a professional translator. Deyg has spoken of his own will on occasion, though this is not supposed to be allowed.
