Hefolam Siche Cujaen Tico Pere (short form: Siche Cujaen) was the de jure Federal Foreign Minister of the Caseic Federation from 13-1 11 PC until 31 PC. However, he was imprisoned on 13-1 19 PC, and ceased to be the de facto FFM.
Biography
On 29-1 10 PC, Siche Cujaen reported that Chuwe Brifam got into a fight with Achajia Fiseche during a Legislative Session of the Federal Council. Other Federal Representatives corroborate this.
Federal Foreign Minister
Cujaen was selected to serve as the new Federal Foreign Minister on 13-1 11 PC, several months after the death of Casi Fromatica. At the time the Caseic Federatin was still cut off from the rest of the world due to the Caseic Blackout.
On 17-2 11 PC the Caseic Federal Council approved of Cujaen's proposal to improve the road network between the Greater Nayela Union and the southern states.
Contact with the outside world was restored on 24-4 11 PC allowing Cujaen to become the Caseic Federation's speaker on the Inter-governmental Radio System.
On 27-1 12 PC, Cujaen suggested to the Caseic Federal Council that they should vote to send aid to the Collective Kelelemi Republic against the Sorewa Liberation Uprising.
Living King, Harakar Oken announced the double funeral of his sister Emalk Oken and his father and Leader of the Oken, Johnakar Oken on 4-3 17 PC and invited many foreign dignitaries to attend including Cujaen. Due to all federal ships being in use at the time Cujaen asked the G.N.U. if they could use one of their ships to go to the funeral. This visit was later used by Jirichaya Broom to criticise the Caseic Federation. The Radio Room Act was enacted on 6-4 17 PC, whilst Cujaen was away from the Caseic Federation for the funeral. Upon returning to the federation he found that he was no longer allowed into the radio room.
Cujaen broke into the radio room on 13-1 19 PC and informed the leaders of the Attu Archipelago of the Act and the conspiracy against him. He was promptly arrested for violating the Radio Room Act and was sentenced to a year in the Jim Federal Prison.
On 10-1 20 PC, Cujaen was knocked unconscious by an unidentified projectile shortly after being released from Jim Federal Prison. The Jifancaya government subsequently launched an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack.
