The panel concludes that the past several octades of patchwork fixes, physical barriers and short periods of water rationing have proven ineffective in containing the natural disasters that have occured, which are likely to get worse as time goes on. A lack of precipitations following the Calming is once more emphasized as the leading cause. Expansions of farming land and its continued exploitation in Buglio in recent octades has also been cited as a major cause of the landslide. The panel urges the Dux to take drastic action in protecting the national environment and domestic plant life, out of fears that further landslides may lead to more severe damages, especially in major population centers. Cities in mountainous areas, such as Lorma and Mineria, have been noted as "possibly at risk" in the period of the next 64 years.

The state (in coordination with the pharmaceutical company Chimicalion) begins an investigation into the risk of heart issues among users.
  • Investigation concludes that the patient engaged in unsafe levels of consumptions, with levels three times the recommended dose found in her bloodstream, leading to a complete stoppage of the heart. A loud national conversation begins about such easy availability of drugs in pharmacies, with little to no protections being placed on their use. Although no wave of detrimental drug use has as of yet taken over La Rossa, a small but significant minority of people have claimed they have engaged in the practice of recreational use.
