- 7-1 A burst of patriotic fervor after the end of the war with T'vaqi makes Isola's plans to ask for lower military spending untenable. Although they planned on once more block the passage of the yearly budget, pushback from the base made them retreat their position. The yearly budget for 70 PC passes through the Council. Some small non-budgetary provisions within the package see some symbols that have arisen during the war be enshrined as officially-sanctioned symbols. This includes "For Dux and Republic", a rhythmic marching song which was recently developed and sang by some of the servicemen on the ship N.R. Il Campanaro.
- Mir'aval Vyitui's return to Deysachin was accompanied by a speech on the triumph of the war, it was however very hard to actually hear anything the Ayatollah was saying, as directly across from the area the band Four Eyed Horse were giving a concert, featuring a wall of some of the loudest amps known to man. Mir'aval at one point grumbled for them to turn that "infernal racket" off.
- The Rossan battleship N.R. Il Dux is launched from the port in Mineria for the first time, officially becoming an active part of the Rossan naval forces.
- Temporary VMRs will now be issued (or denied) to foreigners wishing to enter the nation of Hapšâw. It is not yet confirmed if such restrictions will apply to the Cooperative Territory. However, they will only be paid in Yotumic Dollars, GDP and population numbers must be calculated by the a joint effort of the University of Yotum and Hongtongula University, and the TLP must send accurate reports regarding how all the funds are used.
- the MPLMoN reaches out to the Nongban Alliance, with the intent to establish positive relations with both states, and discuss possibly growing closer to them
- Debates in the long, ongoing, negations between Nongban nations grow more feverous with regards to the topic of "De-Yotumization", a process that each party defines differently to mean some sort of process to transition central governments to a form that is less similar to the Yotumic Divisionary Federation.

The provisions of the agreement due not exclude other islands and nations from potentially becoming observers or full time future members as well.
- A group of about thirty-two Montagneri form a gathering on the streets of Mineria. Leading a procession consisting of them and a herd of mountain hogs, they bang pots and shout throughout the streets before stopping in front of the Palace of House Minestrici, the current residence of Advisor Tommaso Buonfico (Mare). Carrying and shouting slogans such as "Leave our home alone!" and "Stay out, city-dwellers!", they call for the end of construction in the Montesuvian mountains. The police chief states for RLR2 that "Non-violent protests are currently within their rights, but the animals bring a risk of disease and injury to the public." Aggressive behavior from the animals necessitates police intervention. The mountain hogs are subdued using riot gear, and the crowd is dispersed. The hogs are currently being kept at the local police station due to the lack of proper arrangements.

- After several months of media circus, Caonyba Vyitui steps down as High Priestess of Tyeirrch. This comes as a great blow to the rest of the Vyitui clan and their remaining supporters, who have stuck by her this whole time, especially Mir'aval Vyitui, who has spent the time since returning from the war advocating for his family, not even taking up a new ministerial position. Some analysts already blame the rapidly declining support for the Vyituis on Mir'aval's support, given how low support for the war was.

Though usually keeping themselves distant from the electoral process, with estimates suggesting at only 12% of them voting regularly, newfound anger and energy aimed at construction in the mountains has seen a rise up. In reference to recent protests and attacks performed by the community, polling done for RLR2 shows that a plurality of the urban population (43%) does not sympathize with their position, with an additional 39% suggesting that they "understand their anger but do not like the way they are going about it."
- Protests in Malvelo reach a breaking point with crowds growing to several dozen.
- A international think tank reports Ronatana is facing an "education crisis" in the labor market due to the number of secondary school diplomas increasing drastically since Octavia took command. In 50PC 10% of the island had even any secondary school experience, but in 69PC, 60% of Tun'ilhameng aged 18 to 25 have official high school diplomas and 5% have college degrees (97% from Zamenhof satellite campus). - As the bulk of the cases finally go to trial, numerous captured Qoeul-bo pirates go to trial on La Rossa. Though many are of foreign birth and operated in international waters, the prosecution alleges that they committed crimes against the Republic that have to be tried in the Republic. Many of the alleged pirates have not gone through with their trials, instead accepting shorter and more lenient sentences in plea deals, being able to avoid punishments such as hard labor, for instance.
- Modhes Temple requests extradition of all alleged Qoeul-bo members.
- La Rossa accepts to extradite certain alleged Qoeul-bo members, but only those of Deysachni origin. Dux Marone maintains that he will stay bounded to the terms of the alliance but that Deysachin has no exclusive right to prosecute criminals over other nations.

- Report recently released by the government's Department of the Peace shows a troubling rise in human trafficking operations on the island of La Rossa. Since the implementation of the nation's passport system, immigration control has been unable to fully stop illegal entrants into the state. Coming without official documents (whether by using forgeries, bribing officials or entering disguised as cargo), they get through the nation's ports the help of illegal trafficking rings, which almost immediately turn the situation in their favor. Under threat of deportation, illegal entrants are often forced to perform poorly paid menial labor for the trafficking ring and its associated businesses, well below the nation's minimum wage. They are often unable to escape their conditions, and many choose to remain silent. Illegal entrants mostly hail from poorer islands and nations where Rossan passports are difficult to obtain, such as Nongba or Kelelemi. Based on their ethnic features, they are often disguised and passed as nationals of friendly nations. The report alleges that as many as several thousand illegal entrants may be living under coercive conditions.
