Early life

Tokoat Kakay was born in Todak into the Kakay.

False War

The Tyshok Report was released on 9-12 10 TT conecting members of the Arkara to several high-profile deaths across Akaria. Living King, Bantar Arkara's refusal to condemn those listed in the report led to the False War. Tokoat's grandfather and Leader of the Kakay, Bantuph Kakay supported the Arkara during the war, claiming that the Arkara were just trying to maintain order throughout Akaria.

Bantuph was assassinated on 14-12 7 TT and was replaced three days later by his son and Tokoat's father Batei Kakay. Batei was assassinated on 15-5 5 TT and was replaced by Takoat three days later.

The False War ended on 14-7 4 TT with the assassination of Bantar Arkara.

Akarian Civil War

On 6-1 16 PC, the Deram purchased modern mining equipment from Niueyjar with the intent of phasing out slave labour and replacing it with paid labour using modern industrialised mining techniques. On 13-1 16 PC Arkara Army was mobilised and began an invasion of the Deram Kadrike, begining the Akarian Civil War. On 24-5 16 PC, Tokoat ordered the mobilisation of the Kakay Army assist the Arkara against the Deram. The advance into the Deram Kadrike went well until 19-1 18 PC when several hundred explosives planted by the Deram went off in the mountains above the valley the Arkara and Kakay armies were traveling through. The subsequent mountain collapse killed around a third of the Arkara and Kakay armies and caused their formations to disintigrate into chaos whilst the Deram and Mikare began their counter-advance. By the end of the year the Arkara and Kakay had been pushed out of the Deram and Mikare Kadrikes, with the Kakay Army reterning to the Arkara Kadrike with the Arkara.

On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara, under the leadership of Artak Arkara released a document containing evidence that Living King, Harakar Oken's father Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Kamakta Arkara and Vidar Astridson. A day later Arkara-affiliated protestors took to the streets of Ablesken demanding an explanation for the killing of Kamakta Arkara. The day after that Artak met with Tokoat, Leader of the Banokan, Kobartan Banokan and Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat. At the meeting it was agreed that the focus of the current civil coflict should shift from fighting the Deram to killing Harakar to trigger a Living Election as Artak was confident he would win and bring him and his allies into power. However, on the same day the Weer Chronicle reported that Harakar was neither at his palace in Moss Vale nor at the Tumak Ordok in Ablesken.

On 23-4 19 PC, the Bokok Army entered the Arkara Kadrike starting the Battle of Able. On 17-12, The Weer Chronicle reported that Harakar Oken had returned to Moss Vale following his year-long vacation at an undisclosed location. Shortly after the report the Arkara and Kakay abandoned the Battle of Able in favour of marching on Moss Vale whilst the Arkara's other allies did the same. The armies of the Bokok, Oken, Sartak and Skrake engaged the armies of the Arkara, Perat, Banokan and Kakay in the Banokan Kadrike on 18-12. On 28-12 the Arkara-led forces in the Bankokan Kadrike disintegrated into chaos and Harakar's allies began moving towards Agrada. Harakar's victory, however, was short-lived as Harakar died the next day ending the civil war.

Creation of the Arkara–Banokan–Kakay–Perat Alliance

Tokoat met with the Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat, Leader of the Banokan, Kobartan Banokan and Artak Arkara on 21-10 21 PC and signed a document officialising an alliance between their four Kadrikes.

Visit to Utlia

Tokoat made a surprise visit to Utlia on 26-4 23 PC to visit the new ossbosches on the island.
