Background
On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara released a document containing evidence that former Leader of the Oken, Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Vidar Astridson of Niueyjar. This brought about increased tension between the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) and the Eastern Bloc. Shortly after the document was released Living King, Harakar Oken fled Ablesken for Fort Garikoph on Kadar's Rock to get away from the Karin Plain as tensions were also rising there.
On the day of the Meeting at Fort Garikoph the CNN brought back Vidar Astridson as a spirit to serve as their leader during the conflict.
