Biography
Early life
Meok Skrake was born on 27-7 51 TT in Saeskar.
Election as Leader of the Skrake
Meok's great-uncle and Leader of the Skrake, Manchur Skrake died on 6-6 23 TT. As per Skrake Law an election for his replacement was held three days after his death at his funeral. At the election Meok submitted himself as a candidate and was elected Leader of the Skrake. Shortly after his election he married his second wife Ortarui Perat.
False War
The Tyshok Report was released on 9-12 10 TT connecting members of the Arkara to several high-profile deaths across Akaria. Living King, Bantar Arkara's refusal to condemn those listed in the report led to the False War. Meok became a vocal opponent of the Arkara and their remaining allies (the Kakay and the Ikane), who up until then had been close allies and a part of the ruling perikat.
During the war Meok exchanged letters with his brother-in-law Aralui Arkara who claimed to be disgusted by the Arkara's action and sought to redeem his Kadrike's honour. Aralui visited Meok on 28-1 6 TT to discuss the potential redemption of the Arkara. However, the visit and disgust turned out to be a ruse and Aralui attacked Meok with a knife. Meok retaliated and choked Aralui to death, earning his nickname of Meok the Strangler. Aralui had sought to assassinate Meok as he and many other Arkara beleived Meok was behind the assassination of Leader of the Kakay, Bantuph Kakay.
Arkara Uprising of 3 PC
On 4-2 3 PC Living King, Harakar Oken issued his 10th Dictate barring members of the Arkara from serving as ossbosches. On 8-2 3 PC Leader of the Arkara and Ossbosche of Grada, Kamakta Arkara declared the Arkara's defiance of Harakar's 10th Dictate beginning the Arkara Uprising of 3 PC. The Arkara Army entered into defensive positions across the Arkara Kadrike and the city of Saeskar. Meok Skrake ordered the Skrake Army to attack the Arkara's fortified positions in Saeskar. The Skrake Army managed to secure all of Saeskar fairly quickly save for the Skrasken Ordok where the Ossbosche of Saekraim, Artak Arkara had prepared for a siege. On 24-3 3 PC Kamakata Arkara, Harakar Oken, Meok Skrake and the Ossbosche Assembly reached an agreement in which the Arkara would end the uprising, leave the Ossbosche Assembly and be be granted total amnesty for their role in the uprising.
Following the uprising the Skrake Army detained the majority of the udenbosches of the Osslette of Saekraim allowing Tyshok Perat to be elected Ossbosche of Saekraim.
Oken-Sartak War
On 29-3 18 PC, the Sartak Army entered the Oken Kadrike over a 47-year-old feud among ongoing instability in Akaria. The Oken broke the Sartak Army on 23-7 18 PC and began an invasion of the Sartak Kadrike. Meok Skrake ordered the Skrake Army to aid the Oken in their war and ordered them to march for Sarstai. The Skrake Army entered the Bojin Kadrike on 25-7 with, Meok urging the Bojin not to interfere with the Skrake Army as it was only passing through the Bojin Kadrike. The Skrake Army met up with the Oken Army and the two began surrounding the city of Sartak capital, Sarstai. The two armies assaulted the city on 30-10 and found it undefended. The war ended the next day when the Oken Army captured Hochor Sartak who was then given to the Skrake to be imprisoned.
Akarian Civil War
Meok had the Skrake enter the Akarian Civil War on 18-12 19 PC when he had the Skrake Army confront the armies of the Arkara, Perat, Banokan and Kakay in the Banokan Kadrike alongside the armies of the Bokok, Oken, Sartak and Skrake. The battle was won on 28-12, with the Skrake army and their allies beginning a march for Agrada. The victory was short-lived as Harakar Oken died in a boat explosion the next day, bringing the war to and end.
Artak's reign
Meok Skrake attended a meeting in Dokraim on 28-1 21 PC, making him the first Leader of the Skrake to visit the city. Also at the meeting was Leader of the Deram, Ara Deram and Leader of the Mikare, Arichium Mikare. The trio signed an agreement formalising the creation of the Deram–Mikare–Skrake Alliance.
On 9-4 23 PC Leader of the Perat Eltok Perat attempted to appoint Tyshok Perat –A known critic of Eltok and Artak– to the position of High Director of Paradise Island which would require Tyshok to leave Akaria and live in the Eastern Ocean. Tyshok rejected the appointment as it was an open secret that an appointment to the Eastern Ocean was a way for the Perat to legally banish people that they (Eltok) didn't like. Tyshok said of the matter "An appointment to the Eastern Ocean is tantamount to banishment and Eltok may try to banish who he likes but I am an ossbosche and he has no authority over me". Following the refusal, Eltok expelled Tyshok from the Perat. On 11-4 Meok asked his granddaughter Hachoi Skrake to marry Tyshok to bring him into the Perat. Hachoi agreed and Tyshok joined the Skrake as Tyshok Skrake.
