Timeline

25-2 Multiple Akarians were reported missing around Kelna-Ut and Tinlea-Ut.
- Utlian Internal Issues Department launched an investigation into the missing Akarians.
11-3 The Utlian Internal Issues Department published a report which found that the recent Akarian missing cases were due to local Akarian ossbosches arresting Utlian-Akarians.
- The Living Press rejected reports that ossbosches in Utlia were arresting Utlian-Akarians.
12-3 Utlian authorities arrested three of the four Utlian ossbosches for unlawful judicial acts taking place whilst the remaining ossbosche, Vikrot Banokan was killed whilst resisting arrest.
13-3 Three Garikoph-class warships headed by the High Director of the Akarian Navy departed Manser bound for Utlia.
14-3 Akrake Oken, High Director of the Akarian Navy, against the orders of Artak Arkara had the ANS Odakot, the ANS Karaskar and the ANS Boekot transfered to the Utlian Navy along with their entire crews. Akrake himself was absorbed into the Utlian Navy.
- At the request of Artak Arkara the Oken Court began trying Akrake Oken in absentia for violating Oken Law.
- Artak Arkara removed Akrake Oken as the High Director of the Akarian Navy and replaced him with himself.
15-3 Rumors began circulating about the Utlian National Army and Defense Force prepering for "defense operations".
8-4 Artak Arkara declared High Director of the Living Army, Amarok Bokok to be an Aide to the Spirits.
27-4 Amarok Bokok was executed by Artak Arkara.
28-4 The Oken Court found Akrake Oken not guilty of any crimes under Oken Law.
- Artak Arkara declared several members of the Oken, including Akrake, Karlal, Malanine, Barakar, and Alinkar to be Aides to the Spirits.
- Alinkar Oken refused to return to Akaria from Okrit after being ordered back by Artak Arkara.
7-5 Artak Arkara declared Hia El, Mal Ignis and Ire Liamia to be Aides to the Spirits.
17-5 The Living Press blamed the Mayor of Helgen's death on Hia El.
19-5 Karlal Oken was executed by Artak Arkara.
1-6 The Living Press announced that Ire Liamia had been captured and brought to Ablesken.
- The Government of Utlia declared the Arkara a terrorist organization.
26-6 Ire Liamia's execution began. Artak Arkara was killed by Lightning Perat in a duel brought on by the right of blood. Lightning Perat became the Leader of the Arkara and became known as Lightning Arkara and Perat. Artak's 14th Dictate was issued in the dead hand removing the Aide to the Spirits status from all Utlians and members of the Oken. Lightning's 1st Dictate was issued establishing the Living Caretaker. Ara Deram became the Living Caretaker. Lightning aquired a freighter to use as his flag ship. Lightning Arkara and Perat and Kuzakar Oken departed Akaria on the Long Diplomatic Mission.
27-6 Ire Liamia returned home safely. Ire Liamia attended the Presidential Transferrence Ceremony with Hia El and her Upper Cabinet, taking on the role as President of the Republic of Utlia, also attending the event was Lightning Arkara and Perat and Kuzakar Oken.
28-6 Ire Liamia met with Lightning Arkara and Perat.
- Lightning's 2nd Dictate was issued doing the following things. Vacated the ossbosches of Azzun, Dire and Balmok. Allowed the President of Utlia to appoint the ossbosches of Azzun, Dire, Balmok and Monor from among their osslette's Akarian-Utlian population.
