Chuwe Brifam was the acting Federal Foreign Minister of the Caseic Federation from 19 PC to 31 PC.
Biography
Early Life
Brifam was born on 14-3 40 TT in Ibe-Jibin, Framjaria. In 21 TT, Brifam studied astronomy at the University of Canebrija before moving to Irachi.
Military Service
In 18 TT, Brifam joined the Irachi division of the Caseic Federal Military, and therein studied military tactics. In 16 TT, he attained the rank of colonel.
In 5 TT, Brifam was dishonourably discharged from the Irachi division for plotting to kill a general, and was deported to Framjaria as he was not a citizen of Irachi. In Framjaria, he was sentenced to 500 days in the Achearea Federal Prison.
In 4 TT, while in prison, Brifam wrote a memoir of his Irachi military service, and subsequently became famous within Framjaria. He used this fame to run for president of Framjaria in 2 TT.

On (Caseic Calendar: 571-Y-10), Brifam was elected president of Framjaria.
Potential Federal Foreign Minister in the event of War
In 1 TT, the First Contact Protocol Committee selected Brifam as the Potential Federal Foreign Minister in the event of War. When the Grand Calming and subsequent activation of the First Contact Protocol occurred, Casi Fromatica, the Potential Federal Foreign Minister in the event of Peace, was chosen by the Federal Council to represent the Caseic Federation.
Chuwe Brifam: In my life? I think the better thing to ask is what effect the calming has had on all our lives; after first contact, Fromatica was selected as FFM, and suddenly all international diplomacy flows through one man. I want to ask the listeners: do you think one man, ONE MAN, is representative of the entirety of the Federation?

Wiche: The critics who say you are quick to anger. The critics who say you're salty about the selection of Fromatica as FFM.

Federal Representative of Framjaria
After the activation of the First Contact Protocol, Brifam resigned as president of Framjaria so he could be elected as a Federal Representative of Framjaria. As a member of the Federal Council, he established the Warmongers' Faction, an informal group of Federal Representatives who advocated for the implementation of defensive policies and publicly expressed concern that the nations across the sea may invade the Federation. Some have speculated that Brifam had an ulterior motive in founding the Warmongers' Faction, as starting a war would cause him to become Federal Foreign Minister as per the First Contact Protocol.
Brifam was an author of the Radio Room Act, which was enacted on 6-4 17 PC.
Acting Federal Foreign Minister
Federal Foreign Minister Siche Cujaen broke into the radio room on 13-1 19 PC in violation of the Radio Room Act. He was promptly arrested with Chuwe Brifam becoming acting Federal Foreign Minister in his place.
An agreement between the Caseic Federation and the Deram entered into effect on 6-7 22 PC. The deal stipulated that the Deram would lease a plot of land to the Caseic Federation for 20 years on the condition that they construct a port therein that the Deram may use to export mined resources. The deal was made between Brifam and Leader of the Deram, Ara Deram. Living King, Artak Arkara was not consulted prior to the deal.
Death
Brifam died at the coincidence of five different simultaneous assassination attempts.
