The authorship of the work was unclear, with the supposed credits it gave being non-existent or unverifyable. There was some evidence to suggest however it was authored by someone within Modhes Temple. 1

A series of pamphlets that had been circulating weekly in the underground, The Vebe Papers, were thought to have been the cause of the protest. The Papers advocated for unity among the three peoples of Kelelemi, and against the forces of the SLU, KCR, and Akuta. The papers continued publication from an unknown origin. 1

28-10 A naval platform in the ronatana sea half-exploded in the MPLMoN-pirate conflict. 1
1-11 An abandoned radio station on a naval platform in the ronatana sea began to transmit a message, proclaiming that all of said sea was the domain of the holy cartel, the Qoeul-bo Hrnad and the skinless legions, and that all in the sea must submit or perish. The message continues, calling for all enemies of deysachin and the 6 horned devil to join with them, and for all those born on black water (a deysachni expression refering to one born into a poor life) to find solace in their war. The message ended with the phrase Nu-Qoeul-bo-n'kai-Nuit (the holy liberationary army marches eternal) several times, before repeating. 1
3-11 Jerifram-Aca authorised a referendum on what would happen to Brenjia, the options being to join Utlia fully, rejoin the GNU, or join the Caseic Federation. 1
4-11 The Living Press facilities loyal to Leader of the Banokan began producing pieces claiming that Harakar's / Kuzakar's house in Utlia was a Mirroi holy site and must be protected. 1
