A lack of precipitations following the Calming is once more emphasized as the leading cause. Expansions of farming land and its continued exploitation in Buglio in recent octades has also been cited as a major cause of the landslide. A loud national conversation begins about such easy availability of drugs in pharmacies, with little to no protections being placed on their use. Although no wave of detrimental drug use has as of yet taken over La Rossa, a small but significant minority of people have claimed they have engaged in the practice of recreational use.
