• Undan Oken announced the Giga-Yacht finished repairs and would serve as his flagship and as a mobile holy site. 1
• Qoeul-bo forces beseiged Port Steve (located in northeast ronatana). 1
• Port Steve was taken over by the pirates, due in large part to local law enforcement surrendering after it had been found most of the town government quietly skipped town when the battle began. The flag of the Qoeul-bo Hrnad flew over Steve, which was subsequently renamed to Uishmaansken-ut. 1
  • Dwebjag Kimteg, Knight of the Qoeul-bo Hrnad, was appointed as Town Commandeer. 1
• The Dux of La Rossa announced the construction of a lighthouse on the island of Soluga, in order to facilitate travel around the island under dark and foggy conditions. He made no mention of Deysachin's claim on the island it called Sarrhusar. 1
• Sarrhusar troops began building a lighthouse on top of the construction of the Soluga lighthouse. 1
  • The Dux ordered the presence of one armed guard for every Rossan builder on the site. 1

  • Deysachni builders, as though guided by a voice unseen, moved to aid the Okriti with the construction of their lighthouse. Wishing not to make things awkward after so many things had already happened, Rossan builders decided to join the Deysachni. 1

  • After years of no communication with outside powers, president Aakar Byenama made an official announcement regarding the death of his father and former president of Okrit, Aakar Orit. In his honour his face was made the official symbol of the nation, and adorned the national flag, as well as emblazon all trade goods. The Sologosarasasologasar lighthouse would be built in his name, and likewise will cast his face through its lamp light. 1

• Reports out of Tietero showed that Ramchoi Banokan killed President of Utlia, Swyl Shote during a meeting to resolve the oken manor dispute. Shote's body was returned to Tinlea-Ut. Due to the firing of Sern Bes, there was no president or LT, president. The president was to be decided by the Central Bank of Tinlea, the Kiyr Committee, the Shote Cabinet and the military.
  • All four groups voted unanimously to leave the Akuta Pact.
  • CNN construction workers began of limited infrastructure around their lighthouse, design reportedly somewhat similar to religious sites found on Tietero.
• Utlian provisional government prepared the funeral for Swyl Shote in Tinlea-Ut, all businesses would be closed for large parade.
  • APA High Overseer Ayfa Lerk gave speech to large crowd in Balmor-Ut about the evils of Karinians, called for removal of them from the island.
  • CNN congratulated Utlia on gaining small amount of respectibility and finally coming to their senses about Akarians.
  • Modhes Ywl made an official condemnation of the Akarian practice of slavery and the inhumanities upon the Andu people. He declared the practice to be "Tujuru Lhugitsah Amghaany" (roughly, "That Which Is Most Abhorrent") and called for action against Akaria and Akarian slavery.

• In a speech given to members of the Banokan, Dar, Sartak, Oken, and Garvak, Ramchoi Banokan declared the League of the Heavy Fist and declared a "War of Destruction against the Utlian devils". The League of the Heavy Fist attacked the Okut Military Base in the Oken Kadrike. A portion of the Living Army defected to the League of the Heavy Fist.
  • Utlian military withdrew ships, troops and arms from the Okut base in Oken.
  • As work on the Niueyjaran tower drew to a close, the workers began travelling uphill to the center of the island.
• Ara Deram ordered the Living Army to move against the League of the Heavy Fist.
  • Qoeul-bo forces began an attack on Arasken-Ut. Liamia Class Lyremen and ANS Khobak defended the attack, The Qoeul-bo forces receeded.
  • The foundations were lain for a lighthouse larger than all others on the island upon the central shale hill. The Deysachni and Kelelemites implored the La Rossans, Okriti, and Niueyjarans to aid in this final construction.
  • The Rossan government realized it had completely lost the plot over the status on the island, and chose not to send further instructions to the builders. Although most of the troops and builders returned back to the mainland, a smaller group, fascinated by the archipelago's diverse islanders, chose to remain and help with all further construction.

  • The Dux of La Rossa called for a peaceful transition of power in Utlia amidst recent tensions.

  • As the final tower reached completion, Modhes Ywl was found to be on the island. He scaled the tower and called for leaders of the nations present to join him.
  • Despite rumours and talks of the Dux's distancing from the lighthouse project on Soluga, the Rossan leader unexpectedly announced to the nation that La Rossa would join an international alliance with Deysachin, Niueyjar, and Okrit. No mention was made of the past year's tensions with Deysachin.
  • Modhes Temple confirmed the allience, and as a show of good faith announced they're ceeding any claim to the free territory of Nhuyjre to Niueyjar (under the provision that the Naliljar Religious Freedom act stands).
  • CODCNN failed to make any comment on suggested alliance claiming to be waiting for report from their representative.
• (now no longer daily) Ara Deram took a trip to Dugang.
• The Dux of La Rossa organized a public exchange of the dagger from Okrit. Taking it from the hands of Marco Moretti, a builder from Buglio, he bestowed upon him the Order of La Rossa, a reward for civilian excellence. Mr. Moretti's acceptance speech, broadcast by national radio, reportedly went on for 20 minutes, cutting into the regularly scheduled programming, usually reserved for evening radio operas. The broadcast cut off 12 minutes in, during a tangent about understanding the responsibilities of the Dux, despite his disinterest in politics, because he was the fourth cousin of the former one, though he still voted for the current one, but not for personal familial reasons, but because he thought the current one's policies were better, though he didn't want to speak ill of his cousin, knowing how hard his work is.
• Ara Deram issued his 2nd Dictate. The dictate recognised the existance of the autonamous Kingdom of Saekarinia within the Kingdom of Akaria. It also provided for the vast restructuring of Saekarinia farm land with the intention of greatly increasing yield.
• The Living Army ordered the population of the Andu city of Wainda to move eastwards, various other smaller Andu settlements were also ordered to be abandoned.
• The Dosso Dur engaged the Living Army in Wainda.
• Modhes Temple offered asylum for any Andu wishing to flee the vile Akarian incursion.

• The High Director of the Living Army declared that Deysachin may evacuate the people of Wainda "prior to the inevitable Akarian takeover of the city".
• Deysachin evacuated as much of the Andu as they could, promising that they "shall return once the king in blue and his antihuman paradigm are brought to dust."

When asked the delegates overwhelmingly credited Deysachin's efforts against Akaria as the reason for allowing such a bold ruling.
• Ire Liamia gave speech with former Shote cabinet members in Tinlea-Ut explaining the recent changes to Utlia, mainly the current provisional government and its goals. This speech was criticized by the Kiyr Committee who claimed that the Committee, along with the provisional governments other voting bodies, were not alerted to or invited to the event.
• Modhes Temple sent a copy of the Agrib De, the collective works of the Modhes Canon, to the residence of Areen Leshan. The overall mass of the literature was 1000 pounds.

  • At a gathering of the high priesthood celebrating the new year, a heated argument erupted. thought to have began with an innocuous comment by Sebd Yiyr Kiust of Guiysh-te about the taste of the Yphizcta dip, it gradually spiraled out into a shouting match between traditionalists and internationalists. Accoring to dubious sources, at the climax of the fight Thuybnor Dagnon of Wwaiym and Chuckster Lagrange of Uebhaie engaged in a dual of hand to hand combat. Reportedly, the fight was eventually broken up by Archpriest Baysc'tar Bhaueqyls. Modhes Ywl said he was "very dissapointed" in the priesthood following this event, saying also that "I will not be having this age of prosparity bring corruption and childishness to my followers. All involved will be made to recompent."
• Special provisions were inacted to Modhes religious law for the Andu, allowing them to act freely as though modhes, under the Provisions of Allied Peoples Commandment.
• 25-10 Polling for the Tieteran general election closed. All cast ballots across the nation began the journey to Zamenhof for counting. Results were to be announced in three days time.
• 28-10 Tieteran General Election concluded: Bettana Powall (Integri) was elected as the new First Secretary of Tietero, Avanguardo won the majority for House of Commons, earning 72 seats. Integri won 49 seats and Verdant won 23 seats. Estimated 68% voter turnout.
  • La Rossa commended a successful election in Tietero, although it cautioned against conflict-sparking rhetoric. 1
