• 2-1 Richard Mobyson met with Lightning Perat. The two set up a land claim over Island 74, with a 60-40 ownership split between the ECWC and the Osslette of Essalia with the goal of building a ship buildery to help them in the hunt for Ahabakar Oken. 1
• 3-1 A high ranking manufacturing leader on Nongba, who was previously arrested for circulating dangerous electronics, went missing. 1
• 9-1 A small Nongban vessel went missing around the same time that a Deysachni vessel was denied harbor in Yotum. 1
• 11-1 A portion of the Akarian Scouting Force was sighted off the coast of the Glanes Confederation. 1 2
• 13-1 The Akarian Scouting Force ships that were sighted off the Glanes Confederation returned to Akaria with six Nongban made ships in tow. 1 2
• 12-1 The 3rd Faltiran Congress was held, and in an unprecedented move the Emperor of Faltir, Sar-Kaf was in attendance. After the meeting all Faltiran factions publicly recognized the 3rd Empire's annexation of the Naval Administration's territory. Meanwhile massive troop movements took place across the island. 1
  • Nongban printing presses were found in Krasi. 1 2
• 16-1 Modhes missionaries made landfall on the coasts of the lands near to Deysachin. Several were detained for lack of paperwork. 1 2
• 17-1 The Greater Oksken Area was recaptured by Kuzakar Oken and his allies. Dakar Oken was captured and put in a holding cell to await trial by the Oken Court. 1
• 23-1 The Tietero Royal Family announced the leader of an anti-monarchist opposition group had died in his sleep. A representative for the Royal Family stated the cause of death was natural causes. He was 27. 1
• 27-1 The Perat requested the Oken hand over Dakar Oken for trial over the death of Trikot Perat. 1
  • Hia El announced a plan for "Federal Voting", an idea proposed by Lt. President Lofsen Merse. The plan would allow for voting for President of Utlia. 1
• 2-2 Hia El announced the creation of the UBP (United Braia Party), Utlias first political party. 1
  • Artak's 9th Dictate was issued establishing four new osslettes in Utlia; Azzun, Dire, Balmok and Monor. 1 2
• 11-2 Kuzakar Oken disbanded the Oksken Governing Council and suspended elections in Oksken indefinitely. 1
• 15-2 Several members of the Perat were arrested in the Oken Kadrike after attempting to use falsified documents to transfer Dakar Oken to Perat custody. 1
• 19-2 Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat formally requested Artak Arkara's intervention in getting the Oken to hand over Dakar Oken to the Perat. 1
  • Leader of the Oken, Kuzakar Oken formally requested Artak Arkara's not to intervene in the Dakar Dispute between the Oken and the Perat. 1 2
• 27-2 Psaha Yol and Anhal'pso began negotiating after the public political census completed. At the meeting Anhal'pso revealed the Democracy of Hangmeng to Psaha. 1 2
  • Anhal'pso declared the independence of the "Democracy of Hangmeng" 1
  • Psaha Yol decalred that anyone who forms an allegiance with the "Democracy of Hangmeng" would be arrested. 1
  • Thousands protested across Nongba over the Democracy of Hangmeng's declaration of independence. 1
  • Psaha Yol officially reopened congress after a two year recess. All senators that allied with the "Democracy of Hangmeng" were excused from government with warrants for their arrest. 1
• 1-3 The Living Press announced that Artak Arkara has begun "Brown walking" in an attempt to ask the Kings in Brown for advice over what to do in regards to the Dakar Dispute. 1
  • Hia El announced that the first Utlian election would take place in 1 year. 1
• 4-3 After a week of the YDF congress being back in operation, several national services were filled with new positions, including the Department of Propagation. National newspaper service and national AM radio stations were put back in operation and illegal underground printers and broadcasters were arrested in areas not claimed by the Democracy of Hangmeng. 1
• 7-3 Vyma Arnea, Governor of Direnmount announced the creation of the Tradionalist Party of Utlia to oppose the UBP in the upcoming election. 1
• 10-3 The Living Press reported that Artak Arkara had finished his "Brown walk" and was preparing to address Akaria on his meeting with the Kings in Brown. 1 2
• 11-3 Artak Arkara announced that the Kings in Brown advised him to declare Dakar Oken an "Aide to the Spirits" and to execute him before all the Kadrike leaders and ossbosches of Akaria and lands beyond. Following the announcement Artak's 10th Dictate was issued. The Dictate defined what an Aide to the Spirits was, granted the Living King the right to brand someone an Aide to the Spirits, allowed the Living King to personally execute an Aide to the Spirits if the Council of Akaria is summoned before him and are given sufficient time to arrive and allowed the Living King to summon the Council of Akaria for an execution. 1 2
  • Artak Arkara declared Dakar Oken to be an Aide to the Spirits and summoned the Council of Akaria to Ablesken for his execution. 1
• 14-3 Vok Ulri has handed in his two week notice, citing severe confusion. Applications opened for the position of Roy of Haute eee. 1 2
• 17-3 Barakar Oken, High Director of the Oken-eee Farming Consortium announced the construction of a tunnel to the other side of the world to determine the shape of the world. 1
• 28-3 Set Agreement was hired as the Roy of Haute eee. 1
• 8-4 Artak Arkara executed Dakar Oken before the Council of Akaria. 1 2
  • In a speech to multiple media agencies the Ossbosche of Saekraim, Tyshok Perat, denounced Artak's 10th Dictate claiming that it "Takes Akaria back to the Absolutist Era, when the Living King could do what he pleased and we had to live with it" and that the Ossbosche Assembly is "slowly destroying itself by supporting these [Artak's] dictates". 1
  • Reports began circulating that Uc Praani, wanted criminal and religious rebel from Deysachin, had fled to somewhere east, somewhere in the Nongba-Niueyjar Region, seeking asylum. 1 2 3
• 9-4 Artak Arkara found Harakar Oken's dream journal. 1
  • The Ossbosche of Saekraim, Tyshok Perat refused an appointment to the position of "High Director of Paradise Island" by Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat. Following the refusal Tyshok stated "An appointment to the Eastern Ocean is tantamount to banishment and Eltok may try to banish who he likes but I am an ossbosche and he has no authority over me.". 1
  • Following his refusal of appointment Eltok Perat expeled Tyshok Perat from the Perat. Kadrike record keepers across Akaria changed Tyshok Perat's name to just Tyshok. 1 2
• 11-4 Tyshok married Hachoi Skrake. This marriage made Tyshok a member of the Skrake and changed his name to Tyshok Skrake. 1 2
• 13-4 The Akarian Trade Fleet established the Niueyjar Department to manage trade between Akaria and the CNN. The department's offices were located in the city of Helgen and with Kanay Arkara serving as High Director. 1 2 3
• 14-4 The Tietero Royal Family announced a ban on all weather. Any unlicensed precipitation would be fined by the square foot of property to be collected on an annual basis. 1
• 15-4 The Royal Palace of Niueyjar officially paused all weather spells aimed at Tietero. 1
• 22-4 An Utlian vessel encounterd a small sail boat near Liamia Island in the Utlian East Ocean Territory carrying a crew who claimed to be from an unknown island called 'Masatsu' leading to a search for the island. 1
• 26-4 Leader of the Kakay, Tokoat Kakay made a surprise visit to Utlia to visit the new ossbosches on the island. 1
• 30-4 Anhal'pso claimed that all previously YDF naval vessels now reported to the Democracy of Hangmeng. 1
• 3-6 The Democracy of Hangmeng began enforcement of areas within it's claim. 1 2
• 5-6 The TLP claimed Gansu province as a colony of Ronatana. 1
• 8-6 Artak's 11th Dictate was issued. The Dictate granted the Akarian Scouting Force the ability to try people detained by them for violations of living law and granted them the ability to establish prisons in the Eastern Ocean on unclaimed islets. 1 2
  • The Nongban Constitution was amended to disallow citizens from releasing any prisoners kept in foreign nations. 1
• 28-6 Anhal'pso announces that the Democracy of Hangmeng (DHM) created a new Senate composed mostly of former YDF senators for every province within claim. YDF still had senators for the provinces the DHM claims. 1
  • The ASF prison fortress was established.
• 4-7 The six Nongban made ships seen with the Akarian Scouting Force (ASF) were reportedly incorporated into the ASF. 1 2
  • Psaha Yol said that the six ships were run down and sold to Akaria in a private auction. 1
• 5-7 Several rural villiages in the YDF had their entire local councils pledge allegiance to the Democracy of Hangmeng (DHM). At the time 124,000 civilians lived in terrority that is categorized as "definitely within control of Anhal'pso". 1
• 8-7 Following negotiations in Mida, the Skrake Army and the Mikare Army were absorbed into the Deram Army, in violation of living law. The Skrake Army became the 5th Guk of the Deram Army and the Mikare Army became the 4th Guk of the Deram Army. 1
• 11-7 36 local council members across Nongba were caught and arrested for pledging an allegiance to the DHM. 11 were awaiting traditional execution.
• 15-7 The Kingdom of Akaria reiterated their support of the YDF's territorial integrity. 1 2
• 16-7 Psaha Yol publicly thanked Akaria for supporting the YDF's territorial claims during press meeting. 1
• 5-8 Economic Cabinet Advisor, descendent of Utlian founder Wynlid and North Utlian Ire Liamia, announced he was running in the 24 PC Elections as nominee for the UBP. 1
• 24-8 Anhal'pso and the Devine Senate adopted a constitution for the Democracy of Hangmeng that is the same as the YDF constitution but with the following changes: Exiting territory claimed by the DHM was allowed but leaving Nongba was not, the YDF did not allow leaving Nongba without travel permits. Citizenship was granted upon passing a Hangism based theology test and pledging an allegiance, rather than being born within claimed territory. Citizenship is only granted to Nongbans, in the YDF only Tun'ilhameng are forbid from citizenship. Failure to regularly participate in Hangism will result in expulsion from the "nation", the YDF only fined failure to participate. Student doctors and researchers can not leave the territory. 1
  • The YDF did not recognize this consitution as legally binding in any known terrirtory and began to categorise the "Devine Senate" as an organized crime group. 1
• 22-8 Omarok Bokok ordered some of his men to secure the Sartak Kadrike.
• 24-8 Gunmen were reported entering the Grey Hall in Sarstai. 1
• 25-8 The Bokok declared the Grey Hall in Sarstai to be under their control. 1
• 26-8 Vyma Arnea, Governor of Direnmount announced run for the TPU in upcoming Ut-election. 1 2
• 27-8 Ara Deram, Leader of the Deram established the position of High Director of Deram-Casea Affairs, and gave the position to his cousin Boirok Deram. 1
  • Boirok Deram resigned as the Deram Representative to the Mikare and was replaced by his sister Nabok Deram.
  • Living King, Artak Arkara declared Boirok Deram to be an Aide to the Spirits and requested that all ossbosches cooperate to bring about his arrest. 1
• 28-8 23 were killed and 131 injured in array of riots across Nongba on this day and they day after. 1
• 7-9 The TLP created the "Code of Laws" for Ronatana. The "Ronatana Code of Laws" only defines punishments for common crimes such as murder and theft as administered by militatnt TLP members.
  • The YDF and DHM both announced they would not recognize the "Ronatana Code of Laws" as legitimate. 1
  • Modhes Temple issued an official announcement decreeing their support for all of the sides in the current conflict in Nongba. 1
• 14-9 The CFF Wesia finshed surveying the leased Deram land and has approved construction of a port on its coast. 1 2 3
  • The Kingdom of Akaria sent the CNN a sukazandassaz tree in an attempt to stop the CNN from utilising the yet to be constructed port in the Deram Kadrike. 1 2
• 16-9 The CNN recieved the tree sent by Akaria. 1
• 2-10 Artak's 12th Dictate was issued granting the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force the right to sign treaties on the behalf of the Living King. 1
• 14-10 Independent study found that Nongba has experienced a 500% increase in emigration. 1
  • Modhes missionaries made landfall in Niueyjar. 1
• 18-10 The Federal Council announced a naming competition for the port that was to be built in the leased Deram land. 1
• 20-10 The leader of the Modhes missionaries who landed in the CNN reportedly caused great offense to the notoriously vain and petty Groklan Jenson of Clan Snorstag, Sitting Calif of Clan Snorstag, Totally confirmed lover of a thousand men and women who were all very much satisfied after their time with him, slayer of the very much real hord of barbarian cannibals who came down in large metal sky ships and would've killed everyone of he hadn't stoped them before anyone heard about it. As a result of this mistake all missionaries were sentenced to have their tongues carved out of their mouths, burnt, then fed back to them, to receive a brand on their forehead proclaiming them to be impotent, and finally sentenced to a lifetime of hard labor on one of Clan Snorstag's farms. This was deemed excessive and brought before a court by the two people the missionaries had managed to convert where the judge ruled in favor of the Calif out of fear for his life. The two converts then received the same punishment as the missionaries. 1
